Borough Resolutions

A resolution deals with matters of special or temporary character and formally expresses the Governing Body’s opinion and is adopted by an official vote. Resolutions are most commonly used for governing municipal activities, such as awarding contracts, paying bills, approving liquor licenses or establishing workplace policies to name a few.
