The Borough of Westville provides, free of charge, Notary services to residents. Individuals requiring the services of a Notary must appear in person before the Notary, along with the unsigned document and a Photo ID. (Remember the notary must witness you signing the document(s), so please do not sign the forms before presenting them to the Notary.)
