Land Use Board/Applications

The Land Use Board functions under the authority of the Municipal Land Use Law of New Jersey and is authorized to exercise power with regard to:

Adoption of the Master Plan
Conditional use applications
Recommendations as to the official map of the Municipality
Recommendations as to the zoning ordinances or amendments thereto
Subdivision control and site plan review for permitted uses
Variances under certain circumstances in connection with site plans and subdivisions
