Land Use Board/Applications

The Land Use Board functions under the authority of the Municipal Land Use Law of New Jersey and is authorized to exercise power with regard to:

  • Adoption of the Master Plan
  • Conditional use applications
  • Recommendations as to the official map of the Municipality
  • Recommendations as to the zoning ordinances or amendments thereto
  • Subdivision control and site plan review for permitted uses
  • Variances under certain circumstances in connection with site plans and subdivisions
