2026: Waste Collection - 2026 Update

Trash and Recycling Collection Map

Waste should not be placed at the curb line earlier than 6:00 pm the evening before the scheduled trash collection day. All receptacles should be removed from the curb line by 7:00 pm the day of collection. Please be sure trash containers do not exceed 50 lbs. Only recyclable material will be collected from blue cans.

PLEASE CONSERVE WATER
It is best to water very early in the morning or later in the evening. We recommend that if your house number is odd, water on odd calendar days; even numbered houses should water on even days. Please continue to conserve water. Westville Borough ~ thanking you in advance for your cooperation.

SNOW REMOVAL
Plowing will commence when three or more inches have accumulated. Use driveways and refrain from parking in the alleys. If a vehicle is blocking an alley or street, we may be unable to plow the area. Do not blow or shovel snow into the street.

HOW TO REPORT STREETLIGHT OUTAGES
To report a streetlight outage, log in to PSE&G's 'My Account' or call 1-800-436-7734. Please provide two of the following three pieces of identifying information: the nearest cross street, pole number, and/or nearest address. Streetlight repair times vary based on the complexity of the repair. During severe weather events, restoration times may be longer.
