Message from Borough of Westville Code Enforcement

We want to inform residents that Code Enforcement is actively using property maintenance tags to address concerns such as general property upkeep, vehicles parked on lawns, and other ordinance violations.

These notices are meant to bring immediate attention to issues that may impact the appearance, safety, and overall quality of our neighborhoods. Residents are encouraged to take prompt action to correct any violations upon receiving a notice.

Please note that if a violation is not resolved after a final notice is issued, a formal complaint may be filed, which could require an appearance in Municipal Court.

Be assured, our goal is not to issue fines, but rather to work together with residents to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community for all residents.
