Linda Sims - Retirement

On April 30th, Linda Sims will retire after 12 years of dedicated service so please join us in congratulating her on a truly well-deserved retirement.

Linda began her journey at the Borough on April 1, 2014 in a part-time role, providing extra support at the front window by assisting residents with water, sewer, and tax payments. Through her hard work and commitment, she earned her certification as a Technical Assistant to the Construction Official (TACO) and became the Borough’s go-to contact for all construction-related matters.

Linda has been an invaluable resource to our senior residents, helping guide them through New Jersey’s rebate programs with care and patience. Her impact has been felt across the Borough, not only through her daily work but also through her involvement as a key member of the Celebrations Committee. Linda played an crucial role in bringing some of our most cherished events to life, such as the Fall Festival, Fireworks, and Tree Lighting.

As Linda retires from the Borough Office, we wish her all the best in the next chapter of her life—especially as she enjoys more time with her four grandchildren and husband Fritz.
