New Council Member

New Council Member Sworn In

At the December 23rd Special Council Meeting, a majority vote authorized the appointment of Tracy Van Acker to fill the Council position left vacant by the resignation of Matthew Gayle. After the vote, Mayor Sims sworn in Ms. Van Acker with Councilwoman Domico holding the bible. Ms. Van Acker is a long-time resident of Westville who graduated from Gateway Regional High School and is very active in the Borough of Westville. Ms. Van Acker volunteers her time to serve on the Parkview Elementary Board of Education, Secretary of the Westville Little League and Trustee on the Board of the Westville Women’s Club and is a former President of the Westville Home and School Association.

Needless to say Ms. Van Acker is committed to the Westville Community and is a welcome addition to Council.
