This year, all eligible voters will be sent a Vote By Mail ballot by the County of Gloucester by the first week in October that, after completed, can be dropped at one of 13 locations in Gloucester County or voters can mail the ballot back via US mail. Eligible voters will also have the option of returning their ballot to their polling location on Election Day where the ballot can be placed in a blue locked ballot box. The Westville polling location is the “Community Center” located at 1035 Broadway.
Are you registered to vote, below are the qualifications:
- A United States citizen
- At least 17 years old, though you may not vote until you have reached the age of 18
- A resident of the county for 30 days before the election
- A person not serving a sentence of incarceration as the result of a conviction of any indictable offense under the laws of this or another state or of the United States
Eligible voters have until October 13, 2020 to register to vote. To make it easy, the State of New Jersey has set up an online system so that New Jersey residents can (1) register to vote and (2) check the status of their voter registration.
